how to use your media

I want you to use these images to crush your marketing and sell the property. When you pay for a shoot, you are purchasing a Usage License that allows you to use the media for the duration of the listing.


While the photographer retains the official copyright, you have the right to show these off everywhere!

What’s Included?


Your license covers all standard marketing for the specific property address, including:


  • The Big Portals: Uploading to REA, Domain, and your agency website.
  • Social Media: Posting to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. (Tags are always welcome!)
  • Print Media: High-res files for brochures, "Just Listed" flyers, print media and the all-important signboard.
  • Personal Branding: Using the shots in your personal "Sold" portfolio or "Year in Review" posts.

The "Fine Print" (Non-Negotiables)


To keep things fair for everyone, there are just two main rules:


  1. No Hand-Me-Downs: This license is just for you. If the listing expires and a different agent or agency takes over, they cannot use these images. They’ll need to contact Good Aspect to purchase their own license.
  2. Third-Party Use: Builders, stagers, architects, or cleaners might ask you for the photos. Since they didn’t pay for the shoot, they aren't covered by your license. Please point them my way, and I’ll be happy to set them up with a separate commercial license!
